This dashboard displays community health and demographic data by ZIP code for each hospital’s service area to keep charts and maps consistent. The accompanying CHNA includes this data, but some locations are presented by county to align with how the hospitals define their service areas. Because ZIP codes do not align perfectly with county lines, minor discrepancies may occur between what the dashboard displays and what the CHNA includes.
